This recipe highlights the bold flavors of Fresh Life's Steak Seasoning by creating a delicious crust on a tender ribeye steak. The seasoning blend adds savory paprika, garlic, and a touch of spice, making every bite worth the while.

Ingredients
2 ribeye steaks (about 300g each)
2 tablespoons Fresh Life Steak Seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 table spoon unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, smashed
2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for basting)
Instructions
Season the Steaks
Pat the ribeye steaks dry with a paper towel. Rub each steak with olive oil, then generously coat both sides with Fresh Life Steak Seasoning, pressing it into the meat to form a crust. Add salt and pepper according to your preference. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Heat the Pan
Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat until very hot.
Cook the Steaks
Add the steaks to the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, creating a deep golden crust. Lower the heat to medium, add the butter, smashed garlic, and herbs, and baste the steaks by spooning the melted butter over the top for another 2-3 minutes (or until the desired doneness).
Rest & Serve
Remove the steaks from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes or a fresh green salad.
